Personal Data
The only personal data we collect is that which you provide voluntarily when contacting us or that which we may subsequently collect in order to comply with our legal obligations, in particular those arising from the law of 12 November 2004 on the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.
How will we use your data
Your personal data is used to communicate with you and to provide you with the best possible assistance. It is also kept to meet our legal obligations.
How long do we keep your data
The personal data in our possession is kept for the duration of the professional relationship and for an appropriate period thereafter, having regard to legal retention obligations and the limitation periods during which the persons concerned may assert their legal rights against the lawyers of our firm.
Data recipients
We may share data internally for organisational reasons and with our subcontractors responsible for hosting our IT data in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. This transfer is secured by technical means and is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
